Pay Annual Dues

A $125.00 contribution from every homeowner helps SHOA stay within its budget and enables us to continue making Salisbury an attractive place to live and raise our families. Preservation of our unique and beautiful neighborhood keeps us in the position of being one of the most sought after neighborhoods in the area.  Your annual contribution supports:

• Providing security patrols and alerts
• Providing effective communication through the Courier newsletter, E-mail blasts and website.
• Maintaining approximately 20 acres of common area, including removal of dangerous/dead trees
• Maintaining attractive entrances by planting flowers, shrubs and trees, and lighting
• Making upgrades to the neighborhood such as the street and stop sign replacement
• Providing the Salisbury Directory
• Providing standards and enforcement for architectural and covenants.
