Architectural Control and Property Improvement

To ensure every property owner understands what is acceptable, everyone has received an Architectural Standards brochure that outlines Salisbury's standards. The Architectural Standards may also be found inside your annual Neighborhood Directory.

 

Before undertaking a project on the exterior of your house or the construction of sheds, decks, patios, fences, swimming pools, including anything that alters the footprint of the house, an Architectural & Property Review Application must be submitted. Major landscaping changes must also be approved; these include major tree removal, hard scapes, and the construction of large fencing or walls. Please click on either of the three links below to access further information and guidelines.

Response time is generally within 3 days. If approved, a Certificate of Approval is issued.
